  I placed an order on July 11 at 6:55 pm to be picked up at 8:15 pm. I arrived at 8:20 pm, went inside and spoke with the cashier, signed my receipt, and she informed me my order was still in the oven (after going to “check”). 2 other people ordered after I arrived, and 2 delivery orders went out. At around 8:40 I asked for an ETA on my order. That is when I was informed they were out of (they weren’t out, it was just frozen and he told me this) the crust in the size that I ordered. Instead of providing a solution, the manager proceeded to argue with me, then finally decided to just give me my pizza is a larger size since that was thawed and the medium would have taken an additional 30 mins to thaw… when I asked for a refund, I was informed the general manager did not allow the manager on duty to give refunds and would not answer the phone. Also, they were “out (probably just not thawed)” of the cheese sticks I ordered. I paid online for all of this. The pizza I finally received almost an hour after my pick up time was honestly atrocious, and probably should not have been served to any one. General manager, Adrian, do better to support your team.

  I placed a $60 dollar order at 3pm for delivery at 7. I received an email stating he would be here at 7. I called twice to find out where my pizza was and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. I was told they didn't know where the driver was and they couldn't track him. (Can they not call him???) When my food finally arrived it was the driver basically threw it at me. The pizza was cold and greasy and my wings were soggy. When I called the and spoke to the manager who refused to give me her name she said that the driver had other others to deliver before mine... I asked her why my order was last in line since I placed the order at 3.. she said that's just how they do things. "No matter what time you order your food to be delivered you are just put in order of convenience for the driver". When I mentioned I had spent over $60 for the order plus $15 tip for the driver and I expected better than this, she responded saying the money was unable to be returned since I had already paid it ...and then hung up on me. No apologies... no offer to try to make things right... nothing... Just another messed up order in a long list of messed up orders I'm sure.. What sucks is no offer to try to correct the situation. Like.. Hey my name is Sarah let them know I said you can have a free med pizza or an order of wings next time... I wasn't expecting a full refund but SOMETHING to try to make it better... but nope nothing.. I also think they should use the tipping the way other places do where if the service was HORRIBLE we could deduct the tip

  Dude works there and can't tell how much fries you'll get if you purchase them theres no small med large he didn't even know the weight of the fries they sell to customers smh never tried pizza hut never will

  Never been to a more run-down restaurant than this location. The entire store was dirty and dark. The employee on duty was just as crusty and eating on the clock. Never again.
