- ELErika LlanasSep 3, 20262.0Why is it that right away managers think we immediately want a refund when complaining.. I was far from that… We put in an order for a Hawaiian pizza with jalapeños…. And all we got was just Hawaiian NO jalapeños. So we got over it o well… then we find HAIR in the Hawaiian pizza…. Went to go tell the ladies and the Manager on duty took the plate of pizza and threw it in the trash and we asked if she can throw away the other pizza at the buffet area and she said “oookayyyy” in a confused yet irritated tone.
