  I made this review before I checked my order and going on the reputation of Fort Worth HteaO, my daughter has taken me there and it's always been a wonderful experience... This store is not at all the same, the order was not correct and when I called to tell them they said no manager was there but bring it back to exchange, no problem. When we went to return, they said we couldn't do it through the drive thru even though there were no other cars waiting and when we went inside the girl I talked to on the phone that said there was no manager there now says she is basically the manager. I don't think these girls have a clue what they are doing and possibly need more training before left alone. I will stick to getting my tea in Fort Worth

  Hate this location. Some rude staff. At drive thru at 7pm (4/10/26) I kept asking what ice is put in the drinks , the pellet kind the rude male on intercom kept replying with a question. How do your employees not know what kind of ice is sold in the teas ??!!! If I wanted regular ice I would have bought a regular huge back from Heb or QT and not pay $5 for a bag and not get the pellet ice I wanted . What a waste for $9

  Me and my wife Jessica love coming to HTeao I love getting the coconut it is my favorite one. And the Customer service is Amazing the boy in the hat helped me with my HTeao app I don't know how it works but he help me fix it me and her will be coming back. 5 ⭐️
