  Lauren at 7 Brew always provides outstanding customer service! She has such a positive attitude, is friendly, and makes every visit enjoyable. She's quick, attentive, and always gets my order right. You can tell she genuinely cares about making customers feel welcome.

  I had a super amazing experience heard at the 7brew on pat booker in universal city Texas! I got a sweet and salty chiller with drizzle and cold foam, and it was some of the best coffee I ever had. I was taken care of this super pleasant young man Justin and more than just a great coffee experience, he provided me with a great conversation!!

  In Helotes, Texas, 7-Brew cut down a tree that was sentimental to the community. Us Texans love our trees. I plan to boycott 7-Brew and will encourage others to follow suite. You can't just come in with a no regard attitude towards us like this. The act comes across as disrespectful. Alexandra Stanford

  Jenline was horrible. terrible service , messed up on 2 orders twice , asked for a large and gave me a medium. horrendous attitude with rolling eyes , not friendly at all. she needs to work at dominos with that attitude.

  The customer service was horrible at today. Employees had poor attitudes, were rude, and didn’t give us the common courtesy of a greeting. Our drink was missing cold foam and we received attitude when asked to have it remade.
