Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- MHMarsha HJun 25, 20261.0I am frequently disappointed by this location. Its the one closest to where I work so its merely out of convenience. The wait is always long even when I order ahead which I started doing because the drive thru line is always long and there is never anyone available thr register when you enter the establishment and then it always take 5 minutes before anyone takes your order and then it takes even longer to get your food . And if your not missing anything count your blessings. But then your order is most likely wrong or you barely have any buffalo sauce on your chicken

I typically place an online order during lunch and every time I order here I have to wait past my pick-up time. Today was no different but was a longer wait. Too long to want to come back to this location. I had a pick-up time of 12:19 to 12:22. I arrived at 12:23pm. I did not get my complete order until 12:40pm. My food came around 12:30pm and the lady told me that they ran out of the Hibiscus drink and had to make some. I placed my order at 12:15pm. I think they had plenty time to get my drink ready for me to pick up, NOT! I am very frustrated because the food is cooked well but the Pick-up service can be 100 times better.
