Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- EAEllen AswellJul 27, 20265.0This was our first time to stop at this Whata burger, but let me tell you-the service was Topnotch! From the cooks to the man handing out condiments, every employee wore a smile and they seemed happy and proud to be at work. Let me tell you about the nice lady whom I assume was the manager, (she took our order.) She was polite , engaging, and compassionate while serving customers ( even the ones demanding items that are no longer on the menu ). The burgers, fries and drinks were fresh and tasty, but it was the employees and staff that made us most happy that we stopped at The Whataburger in Tyler, Texas ! Good job guys!
- WJWade JenkinsJul 22, 20261.0To bad it is consistently bad quality, burger under heat lamps so long they are dry, buns exposed to air to long and hard, constantly missing the details of the order. I love close and my significant other loves wataburger so I go there and there is always a complaint and wasted food and wasted money. Im out atleast 50$ this month alone from disposing of un eaten under quality prepared food. The service awesome, the place clean. To bad the food lacks ! I won't be going back, definatly driving out of our way for wataburger from now on!

- CKCasey KorkmasJun 19, 20261.0Puke on the floor. Staff lost my order (manager was too busy texting while I was ordering). Nobody at the front counter to talk to. Finally yelled for help and got the manager to make her way to the counter to give me a refund, but now I get to work the rest of the day without lunch. Poor kid behind me only had 30 minutes for lunch and spent 10 minutes standing there talking to me before we could get anyone to the front to get his order. Real bad experience.
