Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

In the past week and a half I have stopped by the drive thru three times, and have come to find out if the big white guy manager/lead is not in (he is a beast btw W mans), your order is not going to be made correctly. I always order the same, burger mayo/cheese only, stop by tonight get no cheese and a ton of mustard, I am also allergic to mustard so... gotta sit here and scrape all this crap off my burger, hopefully I get it all! Also make sure to check your food before you leave, I unfortunately drove thirty minutes back home to find all this out. Oh and this was an online order through their app and I still arrived after the time it said it would be ready to be picked up, order wasn't ready had to wait a while so the app is useless if you think its gonna make your drive thru process any faster or the employees just don't care when they see the order come in idk, I was also the only person there. Third time is the charm though, I'm not going to be expecting much more out of this Whataburger along with the others now.

Food was a fresh 10/10 and atmosphere was super cool and nostalgic, all types of baseball memorabilia on the walls and really clean food/seating areas as well🙌🏽 I don’t leave much reviews but this spot definitely earned one in my book 🔥

I had to remove the meat and vegetables and just eat it until I noticed the meat was not fully cooked and not hot or even warm!! So disgusting!! 🤮 Spending my hard earned money for trash!!! What a disappointment!!
