  AWKWARD PLACE: The worst spring rolls I ever had! Loosely wrapped, so thick skinned that it took pulling and breaking it with our teeth to take a bite. Barely 1 bite had a flavorful taste. And we expected more sweet potatoes for an $8 pricetag, but they were yummy. Service was slow and weird, as every staff member came by to ask what our status was after we placed an order. One lady in particular seemed to be an owner, happy to give us information on the venue, but she looked a mess and shouldn’t be FOH all disheveled like that. Seems like a venue designed to entertain the owners and their friends, at least after 9pm on a Friday night.

  This place was great! I do not give 5s freely. Lets talk about the Sky Bar and Grill located in Tyler, Texas! Rodney was on staff and took care of the customer base on Saturday. He was kind, patient and informative about the foods offered. We chose the spring rolls, the chicken broth soup with rice noodles and the beef broth soup with rice noodles. The spring rolls came out first, and not hurried, as they were made fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed them! They are large enough for a meal as we ordered 4 count. The soup came out after the spring rolls, with time allotted to enjoy them! All in all, this was a great experience for a Saturday lunch! Relaxing, enjoyable with the right amount of customer service!!! We will return!
