  As I walked in the restaurant, there were virtually NO seats available. I, of course, knew that this place would be bustling with business. A young man named malik, I believe, made sure our table was cleaned to perfection and frequently checked on my family’s table and the tables surrounding us. You could tell the atmosphere when malik was in that area was fun and welcoming. You can tell that he’s a great young man the way he made us feel taken care of. Also, the food was a great plus to the service. Anyway, the ice cream and pizza was an amazing combo and perfect way to celebrate my son’s birthday (thanks for the song). Thank you pizza ranch family! 🧡

  We visited during the week for lunch. A party of 6. Reasonably priced for a buffet because it does include a beverage. I ordered a specialty pizza because I have food allergies. We waited 30 minutes and it buzzed to get our pizza. They had wrong pizza and put my pizza on buffet. They rushed a redo. 20 minutes later and wrong pizza again. I finally told my husband I was okay eating the rest of the buffet. Everything was good especially the fried chicken! The chicken tenders were very dry and overcooked in our opinion. The employees refilling the hot/ cold food need to put the old food on top of the new food because the mac/cheese towards the bottom was mush and so was the lettuce mix!! The chocolate chip cookies pie was burnt but the middle was really good. My family enjoyed the different pizzas. We bussed our own table but it was lunch time and very busy. We will return and hopefully I can change my review to 5 stars.

  Pizza was good but it was too crowded and I waited 40 extra mins waiting on desert pizzas to come out and one guy took the entire cheesecake pizza to his table and no one in line got any. That shouldn’t be allowed my wife and I sat there patiently waiting to have a slice we left disappointed . If the dessert pizzas could be put out more often when busy I would go for 5 stars I really did enjoy the pizza, salad bar, and chicken but was looking forward to the dessert the most l. But when I’m pay My $15.99 for a buffet I expect to have a chance to get dessert it was only stocked one time while I was there for a hour and one customer took almost the entire cheesecake pizza and upset the whole line that I was standing at waiting on it.

  Would be a 1 star for various reasons but the workers are very friendly and the Chicken is great. The Chicken was well cooked and juicy with a lot of flavor. I like the crispy coating and taste. The pizza is not good. Reminds me of eating all you can eat frozen pizzas, or at least it feels that way in my gut afterwards. I get that it just opened but it was super crowded and an absolute “free for all”. People climbing all over each other every time a pizza would hit the buffet table. The way the restaurant is situated it isn’t convenient to hit the buffet and it’s a traffic jam of sorts. There was 1 table left when we got there at 730 on a Tuesday night and there was food and trash all under it, probably why it was vacant. Also this place gets the award for the worst industrial style ranch dressing. I was tasting that all night long.

  This is my new favorite pizza buffet in Tyler! When we first walked in we met Emily and Braydon and they were both really kind and welcoming. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and the service was great. They had good quality pizzas, good fried chicken, sides, salad, and desserts. Everything was fresh and they kept bringing out new food while we were there. I also really like that if there’s a certain pizza you want, they’ll make it for you. I woulda liked to see some thin crust options to make the selection even better, but I didn’t see any my first time there on opening day. We finished everything with ice cream, chocolate syrup and one of the warm cookies. The restaurant was also really clean and everything looked well taken care of. For the amount of food, quality, and service, I thought it was a really good value. 🍕🍗🍦
