  I have never had such a horrible customer service experience in my life. I regularly order lunch for my office of 10 people, and this is the first time I have ever been treated this poorly. The manager I spoke with was absolutely unprofessional throughout the entire situation. I work at a college, and when placing the order on the Papa John's website, I selected "University" as the delivery location type, chose my college from the dropdown menu, and then selected the correct building on campus. Apparently, the address that was transmitted to the store was incorrect. Despite this, the manager repeatedly told me that the mistake was my fault, even after I provided the correct address. Part of the issue appears to be related to the use of DoorDash for deliveries. The DoorDash driver contacted me and initially said the app directed him to a house. He later changed his story and said it had taken him to a cemetery. I immediately provided the correct address and told him I would wait outside the building so he could find me easily. Unfortunately, he never arrived and stopped responding to my messages and calls. The driver then informed DoorDash that he had returned approximately $200 worth of food to the store. However, the store manager claimed the food was never returned. When I asked whether the order could be replaced, the manager literally yelled at me, saying he did not have the food. He eventually agreed to remake the order, but only after stating that it would take about an hour and making it clear that he was in no rush to help resolve the situation. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of accountability and customer service. Regardless of whether the issue originated with the website, DoorDash, or the driver, it is Papa John's responsibility to ensure customers receive the food they paid for. Instead of working to solve the problem, the manager focused on assigning blame and speaking to me disrespectfully. I have reported the DoorDash driver for the missing food and will also be filing a complaint regarding the manager's conduct. Based on my experience, the Papa John's location on Beckham appears to be poorly managed. I would strongly recommend considering a different location or restaurant altogether. I know that I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

  This is about Dan, went in and got my pizza. (Pizza was great and on time as well) He was polite and very helpful. I dropped one of my sauces otw out and offered a new one free of charger and I didn’t even ask for one. He told me to have a great day and that was the end of it. I will definitely come back. Shout out Dan

  1st time to try here in TX. Had high expectations. Very disappointed in food! Bathroom was extremely dirty. Got a sandwich, Bread taste like cardboard.
