  Ordered food of website, food was slightly wrong (or so I thought) outback fixed new order after MY mistake and I offered to pay for misunderstanding and they refused politely. Service like this is over the top and thats why I continually go there.

  Tonight we went to Outback for Mothers Day dinner and had a very disappointing meal. The wait staff did a good job but I have no idea what was going on in the kitchen. The food was very salty. In fact nobody at our table ate any of the fries because they were too salty. My steak was way undercooked after I asked for it to be medium well. The baked potato tasted horrible like it was old. The shrimp was gross. In fact even the salad seemed to have a bunch of pepper in it. I’m very disappointed because I have never had a bad experience there. But tonight it was bad. I don’t get to have my family together a lot and all of us were upset when we left.

  Was seated in a decent amount of time, and the servers were nice. However, it took about 15 minutes before we could place our drink order, another 20+ minutes before we were able to place our food order, and nearly another hour before our food arrived. I ordered my steak medium, but it came out rare and extremely over-salted. This is the second time I’ve ordered a steak here that was overly salty. My mother’s steak was also not cooked correctly, and her coconut shrimp was soggy instead of crispy. The men's bathroom was trashed trash bins were overflowing at 6pm so pretty early I would say into the dinner rush. Unfortunately, after this experience, I don’t think we as a family will be returning.

  I had dinner at Outback recently and, for the most part, it was a fantastic experience. I ordered the 6oz Sirloin, cooked medium-rare, and it was prepared perfectly—tender, flavorful, and exactly to temperature. The French Onion Soup was another highlight; it was rich and savory, easily some of the best I've had in a while. To drink, I had the Iced Tea, which was fresh and consistently refilled. ​The only reason I’m not giving a full five stars was the house salad. While the ranch dressing was great, the lettuce itself was wilted and lacked the crispness you'd expect. ​Aside from the salad, everything was exceptional. The steak and soup alone are worth the visit!
