  Era mi McDonald’s favorito ya q el servicio al cliente era muy buena aunq los q estaban hay no hablaban español eran muy amables y sabían exactamente lo q ordenaba pero estas últimas semana eh tenido muy mala experiencia con las q hablan español en una ocasión tuve q esperar 30 minutos por un kids meal la siguiente vez se molestó por q pedí salsa barbecue la cual siempre pido en mi orden y no me la quiso dar y esta última vez pedí una galleta y me dijo q hiba a tardar unos minutos en salir x q se les habían quemado y estaban haciendo más el cual entendí pero ya había esperado suficiente tiempo a lo q opté por decirle q no había problema q en lugar de eso me diera una cono de nieve y me dijo q no podía por q el costó era más y le dije q no importaba q pagaría la diferencia y me dijo q no q podía aser eso q me esperara unos minutos más por la galleta no entiendo cual era el problema si al final yo no me negué a pagar la diferencia

  Total trash. I went there to get coffee like I do everyday they refused to sell me a senior citizens coffee never had any issues before won't be back

  I am writing to formally report an issue I experienced during my recent visit. I ordered two fish sandwiches; however, both were stale and did not appear to be freshly prepared. I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty and requested a refund. Unfortunately, my request was denied on the basis that a portion of the sandwich had already been consumed. As a result, I had to leave without a refund and visit another location to purchase a replacement meal. This situation caused inconvenience and resulted in me paying twice for the same item, totaling $20.30.

  So I’m going through the 24 hour drive-through it was around one something I’m yelling at the Speaker someone finally talks to me, but they proceeded to tell me that the drive-through is closed and they’re not 24 hours and they never been 24 hours. I will need an email for HR so they can get the video of me talking to this person telling me this, and I will need y’all to proceed with firm actions. mind you all I wanted was an apple pie. I just got off work. I wanted something sweet OK 🤦🏽‍♀️😭 then he’s on the clock stealing time while inside the building. How are you close if you’re still inside the building
