  My friends and I came through the drive thru and order 3 simple drinks and the girl that took our order was sweet but was having issues so she called the general manager over. The way the GM handled the situation was overall rude and disrespectful and when we left we called to talk about the situation and she couldn’t even get it together over the phone. Me and my friends work in customer service and we would get in trouble for the way she handled it. 0 stars.

  My friends and I went to the drive thru at HTeaO today and we got a blueberry green/wild raspberry tea, a Texas chai/coconut tea with vanilla and whipped cream and a Marfa Morning with vanilla and whipped cream. The girl at the window was really nice but made us repeat the order over 5 times. We get to the window and she repeats it back, forgetting the whipped cream on the Marfa Morning. She goes to fix it when the General Manager comes in and tells us that we are holding up the line. She was really disrespectful and rude to us. We got our drinks and left. We decided to call back about the situation and the general manager then told us she was not rude and argued with us. She kept interrupting us as well while we tried to explain the issue. We work in customer service and would have gotten in trouble talking to someone like that. Overall I will not be giving my business to this location nor would I recommend to anyone.

  In my neighborhood, I walk over for their sugar-free coconut tea. Love having sugar-free options, and healthy snack options. Always friendly service, and clean as well. Its helpful that you can sample flavors as well.
