    Usually i never have problems with Dutch bros. I come almost daily if not every other day. I asked for light ice and they said oh it’s an up charge. First time hearing this. She said it’s been like that for 4 then the other girl said 4 months. Weird. I’ve been coming for a long time and even go to the locations in California. They started making the drink before i paid and i said i didn’t want the up charge so make it regular and they DUMPED OUT THE ALREADY MADE DRINK and wasted it for no reason. Could’ve given it to me and said it will be up charge for next time. Tyler location by skim chickens. Lost my business when i buy 2 drinks every single visit and 4 when i grab some for my mom which is once a week. Do the math. Over $4 and the rude girl dumping it out in front of me.

    Came by at 6:11 pm on Sunday . Windows were open, music was playing. Nobody came to the window. We honked three times and banged on the tip box. Nobody came to the window. Don’t know where the employees were. Apparently this was a self serve Dutch bros.

    Average coffee. Nice young man at window. How embarrassing for him to be required to pass an iPad through the drive-through window to solicit a tip. At a drive-through chain coffee dispensary?? Pay your employees a decent wage and stop soliciting tips. It's tacky.
