Jesse “Grandpa” Castilla came to Texas in 1927 from San Luis Potosi, Mexico with his families’ authentic Mexican recipes and began to hone his culinary skills. In the 1970’s, son-in-law, Bennie, carried on the tradition by opening his first Casa Olé. This began the long tradition of serving East Texans fresh, handmade, high-quality comida, giving families top notch service and good value, bringing them back for more than 48 years. From the three generations of our family to yours - GRACIAS! Darrell
