  I had honestly given up hope of finding genuine kind customer service in this town. I have three businesses that I visit religiously simply because of the way their employees treat their customers—and tonight, Addison added DQ back to that list! I’ve had multiple incorrect orders from this location in the past and had decided I wasn’t coming back. Addison completely changed that tonight. She made sure my order was correct, had an incredibly positive attitude, and provided a level of customer service that went above and beyond what I expected. Addison earned DQ my business back tonight. I truly hope management recognizes her for that. Employees like her are the reason customers give a business another chance. She deserves a HUGE atta-girl from the DQ higher-ups! Keep this one—she represents your company exceptionally well!

  DQ is a great option for something cool, like the blizzards we had! Delicious and refreshing as always! Store is neat and clean and the staff was amazing!

  This DQ is between all the schools in Chapel Hill. Quick stop for a snack or Sunday afternoon treat. Always a promotional item available so no excuse not to try something different. Drive thru is quick and ACCURATE that means a lot when I'm half way home . Yes you know what I mean... Stop by anytime

  1st time at this location. Went through drive thru which was fast and friendly.
