  Every time and I mean everytime I DONT get what i ordered! Or charged for something i didn’t order! The cones NEVER weigh the correct ozs as noted on the website (i googled to be sure i wasn’t crazy cuz they were very small). I think these employees need to be retrained! I got nuts on my banana split and thank goodness Mom doesn’t have an allergy to nuts, but my mom has bad teeth! Stale cones today. OMGOODNESS! Bill was $18.34, what a way to say I love Mom. Dairy Queen 11972 US 271 Tyler Texas Server Order T, Check 129 Ordered 5/9/29 at 243. I will always compliment for a job well done, but this is beyond bad again, Maybe the General Manager Gabriel McClaskey will look into this. We asked for 2 medium cones got 2 4oz cones (Kitchen scale)(small is 5oz), a banana split with no pineapple almost no chocolate but it did have nuts that my Mom couldn’t eat until she scrapped off the nuts that when placed the order asked were told no to Nuts but charged for nuts, they did get the strawberry milkshake right (so kuddos).

  CFS sandwich was good made right fries tasted freezer burnt. Very cold in the restaurant. Staff was amazing and friendly. Definitely would recommend.
