  Waited over 30 mins before i went in..just to find out they handed my food to wrong guest… okay but we had ice cream as well? young man with ponytail and glasses with a red collard shirt got mad and flustered swinging ice cream around (because they was out) no one was really addressing me trying to help. then gave me a bag and i was like still missing ice cream and turned out food wasn’t mine again for 2x. finally another manger gave me refund i asked for (now have been here 45+min) i asked if i have not came in would no one came told me knowing yall pulled me into a parking spot? all “management “ was unprofessional and will be contacting corporate.

  Not too busy around 330 on a saturday. Ice cream was great. Napkins and utensils werent stocked for customers, but they had plenty behind the counter.

  This is not a review to say something about the food because the food was good. This is a notification that the people that work here does not listen. I came in through the drive-thru and got a sandwich with fries. I specifically asked for no mustard or ketchup. So to keep from making a whole new sandwich they took what they had already made and scrape the mustard off and then put the sandwich back together. After halfway through the sandwich I seen that there was mustard on the sandwich and decided that I was going to leave a Google review about this particular restaurant. This is laziness at its best. If you want something to eat and you want it done a certain way then this is not the place to go. Besides this post, the food was good. It just wasn't what I asked for. Other than this the overall surface quickness and professionalism was great. Happy 4th of July 250 year anniversary of the United States of America. This is Steven
