  Jonathan was great at helping us and showing his new coworkers how to take our order. He calmed and relaxed as he explained the new employee how to work the register. He also made sure our order came out correctly. I never saw him just stand around; he was always working.

  I got a simple medium chocolate dipped cone, and it was perfect and delicious. And as I was driving off, the employee told me to have a good evening and enjoy my cone. It truly made my day that he told me to enjoy it.

  Went through the drive thru to get 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits, not a meal just biscuit sandwiches, at 9:21 am. They ask me to wait in slot 2 parking, so I did. I waited for 24 minutes, 9:45 am. If she would have told me at the window it would take 24 minutes I would have not completed my purchase and left. VEry poor customer service !!!
