I prefer the location in the Cumberland Mall area vs. The regular Mall location.

Workers don’t inform you when items are an upcharge (cilantro lime sauce). I also looked at the menu for price of chips it said like $1.69 or something, it was only one price up there so i assumed it was for all chips. To my surprise the “new” chips (which were not good) were $3.45! I was charged for extra meat because I asked them to put my daughter’s meat that would go on her quesadilla on the side. If that was an upcharge, I understand the rules but they should inform customers. I paid $25 for a bowl (no quac, no double meat, no queso) , a kids meal (charged for double meat cause I asked for her meat on the side), and the new chips.

Oh wow, I can see why this place has a 3.6 Google rating. I never eat at Chipotle but my kids absolutely love it. I continue to have bad experiences and usually dont get anything when they want it. Today I decided to treat my teenage daughter and take her inside this establishment for dinner. She ordered her normal "bowl" that she gets. I decided I would try some "tacos". I gotten the burrito of some sort in the past, but decided to try something different in hopes I would like it. I ordered two orders of 3, so I could get a variety. I got 3 steak, 1 barbacoa, 1 Pollo asada, and 1 chicken. So I told the first employee I had not been there much and she still continued to pressure me and hurry me. This place was not busy and no other customers were waiting. I tried to ask questions as to what some of the toppings were on the line as they spooned it on the tacos. I did not know that rice and beans went on the tacos. She asked if I wanted brown or white and I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times because she was mumbling. I assumed it would be on the side, but NO...she started spooning all that filler on the dang tacos. I was just like, alright I will go with it. I managed to get the order over with experiencing little help from 2 different employees that were making the food. I can only compare the experience of the food making to being in the "chow line" of a prison like on the movies. The employees did a very piss-poor job of spooning the ingredients on the "tacos" and it was a MESS. I would have said "hot mess" but the food was probably a 3/10 on temperature (barely warm). Especially when they applied the sauces to them that were ice cold. The worst part about these tacos was the rice. It was about half cooked and very VERY " al dente", and kept getting stuck in my teeth. GROSS. I tried to scrape off as much as I could. I ate 1 steak and 1 barbacoa and saved the other 4 for my teenage son to eat after we got back home. He thought it was absolutely terrible also and just picked the meat out of it. Also, the girl that rang up my order did not give me the can of water I ordered. I even asked her, "is that everything"? She was like "oh yea"...and couldn't dismiss me fast enough. I had to tell her she forgot to give the water. They couldn't care less at this place. Such a joke. Obviously good help is hard to find these days, I get it. Also, the people making the order, that were less than helpful, and unfriendly while doing a HORRIBLE job on the food, did not look like me. I can't help but wonder if they did it on purpose. Finally, the area we sat in was disgusting with food debris all over the seats and floor. Wish I would have took some pictures.
Any any case, you wont get any more of my business. My kids wont get anything from this location again for sure. If I could give you a 0 stars I would. BTW I had to go next door and order a cheeseburger meal from whataburger for my dinner since your food was so bad.
