My younger brother recently had a procedure, and he has had to be in a wheelchair the past few months. He had to use the bathroom after eating, but it started to rain while we were there. On the way out, the manager came out with an umbrella to do what he could to keep us dry. Never have I been to an establishment where somebody cared this much a customer. The food was great, but our family left feeling touched by the care they showed us.

I believe I got food poisoning from eating the sandwich. I’ve gotten it before and it felt just like it. Please make sure your employees are properly washing their hands and keeping the food at appropriate temps. Things happen and I am fine, but it could lead to a more dangerous scenario for toddlers or people with gut diseases. I really loved coming here and I was a regular but I will not be returning unfortunately..

Otherwise give me a free item for the lack of quality, or make it less expensive.

I asked could she put my name down and I come by tomorrow, SHE said Are You coming back TOMORROW For A Dressing!!!!!!!! I think she could have ask can she replace my order tomorrow. Very unsatisfied and very unprofessional on part about the mess up....
- CEChris EvansJun 13, 20262.0Let’s start with this. I rarely leave bad reviews. In fact, I think this will be my second bad review on google EVER. That being said, I can no longer frequent this Chick fil a location, due to the wildly inconsistent quality of food. My favorite is the spicy chicken biscuit, and when it’s good, it’s good. A buttery and light biscuit, with spicy chicken go great together imo. The problem is, I never know when the biscuit is going to taste like I just explained, or if it will be an overcooked, dense hockey puck of a biscuit with a barely seasoned piece of chicken wedged in between. And by the way, the worst day seems to be Saturday, almost like it’s a completely different biscuit recipe they use on Saturday. Not to keep beating up on this restaurant, but the little hash browns are even inconsistent. They might be charred one day, and the other day are seemingly dropped in the fryer for a second or two and taken out, wildly undercooked. It’s frustrating, because I live a mile from this location, but it’s the worst location I’ve experienced. Here’s to hoping there’s improvement soon. And if there is, I will gladly change or create a new positive review.
