The worst CFA i have ever been to. Fries taste and feel like they are a day old. We waited 20 minutes in line waiting for our food and they were NOT the nicest staff. Very disappointed and have ABSOLUTELY lost me as a customer!

On July 3rd at around 8:20 p.m., I came inside to place a carryout order. My cashier, Kewanna, was absolutely wonderful. She had a great attitude, was friendly, and provided excellent customer service. She made a great first impression. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was disappointing. After placing our order, my brother and I sat and waited for about 10–15 minutes, expecting our name to be called like every other carryout order. During that time, I heard the names of the customer before me and the customer behind me being called, but our order was never announced. The woman who appeared to be the shift manager (an African American woman with black-and-white dreadlocks and tattoos) seemed to recognize me from a previous visit where she had also been rude to my father. It felt as though she intentionally ignored us, even though our order should have been ready. Whether intentional or not, the lack of communication and professionalism was frustrating. I've always enjoyed coming to this Chick-fil-A, which is why this experience stood out so much. Kewanna deserves recognition for her excellent service, but I also hope management addresses the shift manager's behavior so other customers don't have a similar experience.

This Chick-fil-A location has got to be the worst in Tyler even though it's the newest one -- it's probably the worst I've experienced out of all of their restaurants nationwide. I seem to have a problem here during every visit, but the latest one is something else. On June 6 (Order #1029694), I placed a mobile order for dine-in table delivery. It took an unusually long time for the food to be delivered during a non-busy time, but the employee gingerly walked over, realized she forgot straws for our drinks, and then had to make another trip for forgetting spoons for our ice cream cups. I then realized that two of our kid's meals were incorrect, so I walked up to the cashier where three employees were talking amongst themselves. One of them appeared to be a supervisor, wearing a reflective shoulder belt, but none of them bothered to look over or address me. After waiting about 45 seconds, a female employee walks over to the cash register right in front of me with her head-down and still hasn't addressed me. I then sternly asked if I could get some help where they finally looked up and appeared surprised that I would take such a tone. I eventually got my order straightened out, but it was such a hassle especially with the slow and rude service. I should add that the booths near the indoor playground were filthy, too.

This location never disappoints, always clean friendly staff. I walked in at 1:07 pm ordered, and received my food at 1:08pm not only was it fast but it was hot.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A. I arrived around 9:30 PM and ordered a kids meal and a large drink. After pulling forward, a team member came to my car asking for the name on my order and seemed confused when looking for it. I told her my name and approximately how much the order should have been. Over the next 45+ minutes, at least five different employees came to my car asking for my name and what I had ordered. Despite repeatedly providing the information, no one ever brought my food. I was instructed to pull forward, and I watched every car behind me receive their food and leave while I continued waiting. At one point, I saw an employee carrying what appeared to be my order to other vehicles, asking for names, then returning inside. Later, I watched food being set aside and left unattended. Eventually, another employee asked me once again for my order information and directed me to park in a front parking spot with several other vehicles. While waiting there, I watched food get delivered to every car around me except mine. After waiting more than 45 minutes—by this point the restaurant had been closed for about 15 minutes—I finally got out of my car, walked to the front door, and knocked until someone came out. I explained that I was still waiting for my food. After another five minutes, I was told they could provide the nuggets but no longer had fries available and asked me to choose a different side. The chips I received were stale and tasted unpleasant. In total, I waited nearly an hour for a kids meal and drink. What disappointed me most was not only the excessive wait time and lack of communication, but also that no refund, discount, gift card, or other effort was made to address the situation. I understand that mistakes happen, but waiting almost an hour for a simple order while watching employees leave for the night before my food was resolved is unacceptable.
