  I would go again. The service was great,~quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I ate outside because it was a beautiful day. A salmon dish is what I ordered and it was tasty. I thought it was a bit pricey, but when you compare price and quality and a change from standard burger franchises, it was a winner in all categories.

  one of the girls was picking up trash off the floor then touched my bowl immediately after without cleaning her hands. she wasn’t even making my food. the guy who was working up front was very lazy when it came to giving you what you asked for. i got about 5 spinach leaves and a half scoop of rice from him. my bowl was half the size it usually is even tho i get the same thing every time. consistency is key. very disappointed to pay $40 bucks for two meals when portion sizes aren’t even consistent.

  A Must-Visit in Tyler! If you haven’t stopped by the Cava in Tyler yet, you are seriously missing out! I have to give a massive shoutout to Amber, the manager. She is hands-down the best! You can tell she truly cares about the guest experience—she’s incredibly welcoming and runs a tight ship. The rest of the staff follows her lead; they are so friendly, patient, and impressively knowledgeable about the menu. If you’re unsure what to get, just ask—they’ll point you toward something delicious!

  Amber didn’t just give good service, she absolutely launched my experience into another dimension. Friendliest, most professional human alive, and somehow still manages to treat every guest like they’re the VIP of the century. The level of care she puts into everything is honestly suspicious… like, are we sure she’s not secretly a hospitality wizard? If it were socially acceptable (and less weird), I would absolutely fold her up, tuck her in my pocket, and carry her around for daily doses of excellence. 10/10, would clone if science allowed.

  I love Cava. Always fresh and delish! I don't get to come as often as I did before because, well adulting and economy changes, but when I do, I know it's gonna hit every single time! I prefer the build your own grains bowl with saffron rice, chicken, all the veggies, with my sauces on the side so they don't get stuck to the lid. The staff is friendly and always hustling through the small lines as they come. I will have leftovers to graze on, because nobodys wasting food here. Perfection i tell you! Now stop reading this and go buy the bowl!
