  I’ve only been here twice since moving back to east Texas and the first time I took my son with me after his hair cut and he had the best time ever, we ordered a bunch of stuff and he likes the cookie and ice cream situation LOL the waitress was so sweet to him haha The second time I really just wanted to watch the hockey game and some of the fight and drink a few beers before going home to deal with my family and be alone haha and Whitney was so cool about it she didn’t even mind I didn’t order food or told her I just wanna be ghost right now hahaha I’ll deff be there for more sporting events or hair cut weeks ahaha

  I placed an order yesterday and 4 things were missing.. i spoke to a manager and he said he left a note for the next time i ordered so i could get the stuff that i was missing “for free” i called today and no notes were left i did NOT get my stuff.. food wasn’t to good its overpriced ESPECIALLY for the size of the burgers i am beyond pissed because I spent $40 a small burger, chips with salsa and guacamole with water and macaroni… the only thing i got was the burger and chips NOTHING else. The burger was hard and crunchy and very cold… this place is not worth it! They obviously have no care for consumers and I’m shocked they are still in business with all of the bad reviews i just read.

  The worst and dirtiest BWW I've ever been to. Service is horribly slow even at the bar. Restroom looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a week, water and TP all over the floor. Never like to leave negative reviews but this place is well below standards of what I'm used too when going to BWW.

  We waited about 5 minutes before we were told by a server that we could grab a couple of menus and seat ourselves. 😒 After we picked out our booth and sat down, it was around 5 minutes before we ordered drinks, about 10 before we got them, another 10 minutes before we placed our food order, and over 30 minutes before I received my cauliflower wings that waited just as long as I did before they were given to me, COLD!!!😠 My husband ordered the spicy chicken sandwich (that arrived way after my food), and was given a regular one, after addressing the issue, we were told it would take 10 minutes to cook. Randall was the name of the manager we spoke to. Seeing as there was only 4 cars in the parking lot should have been a clue. I may give it another try, but not when I'm really hungry.
