  I went thru the drive thru for a quick bite to eat. I ordered a Classic Roast beef combo. Price listed on the menu was $9.79. I was greeted by a worker that didn’t say one word to me thru our transaction. After paying I noticed they charged me $10.99 plus tax I drove back around and looked at the pricing and was told to pull forward. I get to the window and the guy wanted to argue with me now but I had taken a picture to show what I was charged for After talking more the manager said because I chose lemonade No where on the menu does it say they charge more for that or even on the receipt does it show their is up charge Bad customer service e Won’t go back

  First time going to this Arby’s location. Food was excellent. However, the young lady managing the drive through window was exceptional - very polite, perfect communication skills!! (Did not get her name, it was around 5pm on Saturday 4/25).

  We just ordered a couple of sliders. Sat in the drive thru for ever. The chicken sliders was fresh out the grease and to hot to touch. The other 2 sliders where ice cold. The cheese was stuck to the wrapper and meat tasted funny. Once the chicken cooled off enough to eat it. It was mostly batter, just a bunch of crunchy batter. Maybe I caught them on a bad day.
