  We went in there today around 7pm to eat. As we walked in there was a gentleman making sandwiches and working the fryer while a young lady was just standing back there in the back just walking around. The guy seen us but didn’t say anything to us and went to the back. We waited about 10 minutes before another gentleman came in. We waited another 5 minutes before the young lady walked out to the fry station, looked at us and said damn, there is a line up front. Then turned and was bagging stuff without even saying a word to us or the other customer. We left and will not come back.

  Was at the drive thru at 9:00pm July 3rd. The lady at the drive thru was rude and no customer service skills whatsoever. Tried to order the cheese steak. All she had to say was "We can't make those." Offered no explanation why and that was that. Very disappointed would of maybe ordered something different but her attitude was a complete turn off. Never going back.

  Ordered in drive thru. Employee was very rude. Pulled to the window, didn't even get a hello or thank you. Had to ask for a straw. Sandwich was lukewarm at best.
