Everyone's always friendly , always have a smile and polite ! Say the least of coffee is fantastic along with the energy drink. Young lady named Carmella and one name Lexi in your Tyler location by Sam's they're always on point, I had gotten a drink late in the evening and the energy was flat I did not have time to go back I mentioned it the next morning to Camilla she said no problem no charge have a nice day and replace my drink, and all the girls and guys you have working or absolutely fantastic.

These kids (I’m old so they’re all kids to me) are ALWAYS so friendly. And it seems so much more genuine than other places that force their employees to be perky. On top of that they’re always so helpful because every once in a while I wanna try something new and they are quick to give an opinion or if I change my mind or one of the kids changes their minds 1 million times these employees never lose their patience. My favorite coffee shop by far and I can’t wait for y’all to continue growing and get one closer to my area- although my husband‘s wallet appreciates y’all not being in my hometown😇

This 7brews is amazing. Everyone is always so cheerful and knowledgeable. Even when the lines are long, they typically have worked out a system that moves us right along. The crews are so diverse. This trip was listened to Alan Jackson as we waited. In past trips we have been serenaded by Olivia Dean or even upbeat tunes. Our server Greg was so sweet. We stopped in for the Nee doh deal. They were sold out. Greg let us down gently and explained that we could get our drinks at a discounted rate. We appreciated that.

Sad to say their event was a frustrating experience. 1 hour 10 minutes to get a coffee if you drive from one direction. 20 minutes to get a coffee from the other line. The guy directing traffic was allowing people to drive up and cut off people who waited 45 minutes already. Next event, please give every customer an equal time to wait. I knew it would be a long line, but the experience should at least be fair for all. The workers were friendly, the coffee was fine, unfortunately the manager dropped the ball on traffic control. For a business built on drive thru, you would expect them to have thought of this a lot... they have not.

All of the employees at this location were kind. However, we came on a promotional morning and naturally there is going to be a line. The way that traffic was controlled, we had to wait for over an hour from the direction we came. If we had come from the other direction we wouldn't have had to wait but maybe 15 minutes. In the future this needs to be done way differently. It feels very frustrating to watch cars pull up and get right in line after we have been waiting. We also were not able to see this until we were so far in line that we could not go around the other way. Hopefully in the future this will be corrected so that people are all waiting an equal and fair amount of time.
