  So I had went to get some large drinks and the guy was very nice good service but we had to large drinks and we ask for easy ice and extra cream it was more ice then I expected and not even the extra cream I paid for it and honestly I didn’t want to complain because we were in a rush I have the proof and it was not the last time

  I have never had to leave a bad review for 7-Brew as I typically have great service and a great coffee. But at this location I had to spend five minutes repeating my phone number to an employee (who never ended up getting it correct and just moved on), and getting nasty looks from another employee. All I did was sit in my vehicle and wait, never made any comments or gestures. To top all this off, they were holding a social hour at the front of the right hand lane, so there was a large back up and vehicles had to just go around as employees were just congregating holding a meeting with a friend of theirs. Just incredibly unprofessional and odd. In case management sees this and wishes to do some well needed remedial training, the employee who couldn’t understand my phone number was a black male, and the employee giving me a nasty looks along with holding social hour was a white female. There was an Asian male too at the social table and I didn’t see him move at all during my twenty minute wait.
