  Had an awesome experience at the new 7 Brew on the Loop in Tyler! Reagan H. was fantastic. She was knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to answer questions and make recommendations. We could tell she actually knows the products and genuinely wants customers to have a great experience. Friendly, upbeat, and welcoming from start to finish. Reagan and the other staff are the kind of employees that make this location a daily drink stop.

  Lexi at 7 Brew is AMAZING! Every time I come through, she has such a positive attitude and makes the whole experience better. She’s friendly, welcoming, and always makes sure my drink is right. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers, and her energy is the kind that can turn a rough morning into a good one.   Lex was absolutely amazing! From the moment I pulled up, she was friendly, energetic, and genuinely welcoming. She remembered my order, provided fast service, and had such an exceptional attitude. You can tell when someone takes pride in what they do, and Lex definitely does. She has such a bright personality and made my whole experience even better. Seven Brew is lucky to have her! 💕

  I was there just this week and Gabby Z was such a delight. She helped me pick out the perfect drink and was the friendliest person I have ever come across in the food industry. Her great personality made my day. You need 100 of her at each location, but I am sure she is one of a kind. It may be out of my way, but this location is going to be my go to coffee and drink spot from now on just to have a great day.

  I really enjoy coming to this 7 Brew! Everyone is always so energetic and helpful, and the whole experience feels really welcoming. I especially appreciate when they ask what kinds of flavors I like or look at my previous orders to help me decide what to get. I’ve also gotten some really good recommendations when I’m in the mood to try something different, especially with the seasonal drinks. You can tell the people here genuinely want you to enjoy what you order, and it makes me want to keep coming back! ❤️
