Never really had a problem with this sonics food it’s only the drinks. I ordered a mango refresher today may 16th I literally gagged cause my drink was so gross did not taste right at all so I went back to sonic to just to get a sprite cause that was not it. They tried to make me pay for a new drink and wouldn’t throw my drink away. Manager came out very freaking rude so of course I was rude back to that woman. Need better managers. That manager on duty today needs to get FIRED!! she obviously doesn’t care about her job nor customers service. Will be calling the corporate.

Great Sonic! They are fast 99.9% of the time and always accurate with our order. The carhops are courteous. Clean, maintained, and well run. Way to go Sonic in Tulia!

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this needs to be known..
Food was cold, burger missing ingredients it was supposed to come with as listed on menu.
Credit statement showed I was DOUBLE charged... nearly $40 for one hamburger, onion rings, and a WATER.
Accidents totally happen, I understand.
Called store to see if they could please refund the 2nd charge.
Got run around to call corporate.
Said refund only in cash, & Ihave to drive up there to get it...
They couldn't just refund the second charge.. Someone was supposed to call me, but never did.
I don't have time to spend hours trying to correct something I didn't mess up.
This is poor management & service.
Would have been fine if they just owned their mistake and made it right.
But I got pushed away, and nothing ever positively resolved.
Waste of time, money, energy. Really sad.
I'd drive straight past and go hungry rather than deal with all this again.
Would avoid them folks.
We all make mistakes, that's human. But please own your stuff and just make it right is all I'd ever ask. :(
