  EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, RACIAL SLURS, AND UNACCEPTABLE MANAGEMENT! I waited over 30 minutes for my food before deciding to request a refund. I asked for a refund more than FIVE times from two different employees. Both repeatedly told me they were getting the manager, yet no manager came to assist me. After waiting an additional 30 minutes just to receive my refund, an employee finally stated that the manager was on the phone. Another customer witnessed the situation and even stepped in to ask why I was being ignored. Instead of acknowledging the concern or providing an explanation, the employees continued working as if nothing was happening. To make matters worse, when my boyfriend raised his voice out of frustration, an employee used the racial slur “nigga” toward customers. What is even more disturbing is that the manager admitted she was not surprised by this behavior and acknowledged that this was NOT the employee’s first time using that racial slur. When speaking with the police, her response was simply that she would “talk to him.” I ultimately contacted law enforcement because of how the situation escalated. My biggest concern is not just the terrible customer service. It is the apparent lack of accountability for an employee who has reportedly engaged in this behavior before. No customer should have to repeatedly beg for a refund, be deliberately ignored, or experience racial slurs while patronizing a business. Based on my experience and the manager’s own statements, I seriously question whether this establishment takes racial discrimination, professionalism, or customer complaints seriously. Absolutely unacceptable. Management needs to be held accountable, and customers deserve better treatment.

  Ordered a Big Mac meal and fillet fish meal at 1:30 pm on a Sunday on the kiosk. Paid in full. 45 minutes later and still no food. A lobby full of angry people. I told the lady at the front desk that I was leaving and I will be protesting my credit card charge. She said sorry, can’t help ya. Edit. My account was credited back Thank you! I believe by this McDonald’s. . I still love neighborhood McDonald’s.

  I hate to leave a review like this but the woman working the counter totally ignored me for a hour. I tried to get her attention multiple times and she kept blowing me off. I ordered my food on the kiosk. Nothing complicated. I waited an hour for food. I watched others order and receive their food within minutes. I hate to say anything about race because I’m very liberal and tolerant of everyone. No matter race, gender, sexual orientation. I don’t care. You be you. But I think the woman ignored me because I am white. She was helping everyone else. Every other skin color but when it came to me so wouldn’t acknowledge me. She was calling everyone else sweetheart, honey, etc. I was hesitant to really stand up for myself bc I did not want to be accused of being hostile. Or of being a Karen. Didn’t want to end up showing up on social media. I finally flagged down someone else in the kitchen and from what I gather my order was lost. They remade it. It was hot. Tasted good. They did end up giving me a refund which I did not ask for but also wasn’t going to turn down. Look, if someone has been standing there waiting on food for an hour maybe acknowledge them and ask if something is wrong or if you can help them. Don’t blow them off. Again, I really am not one of those people but today it felt very much like I was singled and purposefully ignored bc I am white.

  This is not fast food — this is slow food! I waited 30 minutes just to get my order. Fast food is supposed to be quick and convenient, but waiting 30 minutes is ridiculous. The service was extremely slow, and this experience was very frustrating. If you don't have time to wait half an hour for a simple order, don't come here. Very disappointing!

  I wish there was more I could do than simply leave a bad review..this location needs to be shut down. I’ve eaten here many times because there’s not much else in the area, and every time is a bad experience. Between the terrible quality food, awful customer service, extreme wait times (for old food), AND the fact that they’ve been closed multiple times for CO2 buildup (people got sick from it once at least) this is the worst MacDonalds I have ever been to. I just had to wait 20 minutes for a hotcakes and sausage just for the hotcakes to taste old and the edges of them to be hard. She only gave me 2 butters and no silverware. The lady who works in the front that wears the mask is always rude. ALWAYS, and idk how she still works there. She snapped at a customer, slammed the cash register, threw a bunch of packs of ketchup on the counter and walked away when more people still needed help. I was trying to ask for my silverware but I didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes
