  This McDonald's is a complete joke, I ordered just a simple big Mac meal with no pickles and it took 45 minutes before i for my food, even then they never called out my number and left my food to sit on the rack behind the counter until the fries were soggy and the big Mac was cold. They were rude and disrespectful. There was somewhere around 6 or 7 flies just in the sitting area constantly flirting around everyone and their food. It was disgusting inside. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.

  Very disappointed with this McDonald’s. I placed a mobile order ahead of time for my kids, but still had to wait over 15 minutes for our food. The restaurant was empty, and there wasn’t even anyone in the drive-thru, so the delay made no sense. Unfortunately, this was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this location based on the poor service. Don’t bother calling them it goes straight to voicemail.

  25 minutes in the drive thru stuck with cars in front of me and behind me. It happens EVERY TIME. This store is not equipped for the volume they get and it's painfully obvious. Go to the one by the Buccees instead, this store sucks.

  This is one of the best Mcdonalds. I witnessed the manager resolve an issue with an unhappy customer in such a professional manner. His employee did nothing wrong and the gentleman just lost his mind. The manager stepped in and was kind, Polite, and respectful. I watch the manager treat his employees and each guest with so much kindness. I’ll definitely support this McDonald.

  Not one complaint from me, all the kiosk worked. The order was brought to me in a timely manner and the nuggets were perfect, fresh and not over or under cooked 10 / 10 on those. My coke was also brought to me since there is not a fountain machine and it was so FRESH and delicious. The place was spic and span, the staff was great and kept them selves busy maintaining standards. Oh guys so I noticed that picante sauce was a option for dipping sauce, I tried it on my nuggets and let me tell you I will never go back to BBQ for my nuggets! Trust me and try it...
