Most Recent Incident: - I had items left off my curbside order which I was using that evening for dinner. I called the store to notify them hoping they would set it aside for me to go pick up. I was transferred to the curbside department and after 10 minutes of being on hold I finally hung up and called back. This time I asked to speak to a manager. I waited on hold again for over 5 minutes before they hung up on me. On my third attempt at calling they screened my call and immediately put me on a hold. So I called back a forth time and they sent me right to hold again. So I requested a refund through the app and drove to another store to get the items they left off my order. 2nd Incident: - I was given 3lbs of spoiled ground meat. Each stick of meat was 5-10 days past its sell date. 3rd Incident: - I was missing over HALF of my curbside order. Not one item, not a few item… HALF of my order. Luckily this manager actually picked up the phone and door dashed the remaining order. 4th Incident: - Any guesses? Missing items! I had to apply for a refund once again.

Mrs. Debbie ( file maintenance) is my favorite. I always go looking for her to chat and give her a big hug. This location is my favorite because of its location, being well stocked and a team member is always available to assist me. Oooh I forgot the older gentlemen in produce he always asks, " Are you finding everything or need help?" I do mean " always", even when he's stocking the produce. I told him I was looking for jackfruit and soursop. He promptly went to the back to check. Unfortunately, there wasn't any. He informed me to check back next week. I did pick up a few of the weekly specials, extra large mango, the small yellow mangos, a bag of 🍋 and a few organic 🍌. Thanks for the great customer service!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
