  Check your receipts!!! If you like to shop the weekly sales ad make sure you are checking your receipt totals for discounts. Tom Thumb has some deceptive practices to make you think you are saving but in reality you aren't. I've been shopping there for several weeks and pay attention to the total bill. Every week I go to customer service to get the delta in over charging that averages $50. If 1 out of 5 people pay more than they should, think about how much they are making when the cost savings should go to the customers. This sounds like a class action law suit for the deceptive practices. One thing I noticed is that they'll have a regular price per pound and a member price per pound. However if there is a sale in the weekly add for a deeper discount this is where they get you. St Louis style ribs regular price is 3.99/lbs. Member price is 2.99/lbs. Weekly add is 1.97/lbs. When the register rings it up, it appears you are getting the discount but when looking at the fine print it rings up as member price. So you are getting duped!!! The needle on the haystack for me was when the manager says people complain about this everyday however corporation is doing nothing about it. They are relying on those that are to lazy to understand if they are actually saving. Someone needs to look into this!!!

  This store is absolutely awesome located in the heart of trophy club and the store director Rita is phenomenal. She has been there for 17 years worked with the company since she was a young 16 year-old and runs the store like a tight ship the produce is gorgeous the customer service services just incredible from Dolores working there and Stacy and Assistance store. Director himself is one of the nicest guys I've met just a great store to shop at and I'm a food guy. Y'all know that Mr. Food review but I go out and eat all over the place. I love to shop H-E-B one of my favorite places, but for convenience and location and JUST it feels small town and on a local level. I highly recommend this place and go get some great produce and meat and seafood.

  I can always count on Tom Thumb to have the freshest and best produce. I also definitely take advantage of their digital coupons when they have deals on meat (pork/beef) products. Fyi - they carry SunVista can beans which are hands down pretty close to homemade and my absolutely favorite when I want to make refried beans.

  Special Thank You to Ellie for helping me with all the ballons I needed blown up. It's was later in the evening and I'm not even sure if that area was even open anymore. She went above and beyond with her customer service and I really appreciate it.

  I had a disappointing experience at the prepared foods counter at Tom Thumb. I ordered the wing special, which was advertised at about $7.50 per pound. I initially asked for two flavors, then politely requested three flavors before my order was finished. The employee seemed annoyed by the request, paused for a while, and gave me an unfriendly look before making the change. When I checked out, I was charged about 10 dollars and 38 cents instead of the advertised price, which made me wonder if the wrong label had been placed on my order. Overall, the customer service was disappointing, and the pricing experience made it even more frustrating.
