- WMWully Mammoth2 days ago1.0AWFUL — Stay Away From This Location! This used to be one of the last consistently good Chipotle locations around. Unfortunately, something has changed. Recently, with the newer staff in place, we’ve gotten steak cooked until it was tougher than leather, ridiculously small portions, and wildly inconsistent quality from visit to visit. I’ve tried to give this location every benefit of the doubt. Everyone has an off day. New employees need time to learn. I get it. But at some point, it stops being an occasional mistake and becomes the standard. And the portions have become almost insulting. I’m perfectly willing to pay for extra meat — no problem. But when I pay for extra meat and somehow receive less meat than I used to get on a normal order, something is seriously wrong. So, to sum it up… If you absolutely hate burritos… If you hate everything you’ve come to expect from Chipotle over the last 20 years… If you hate, hate, hate, hate, HATE everything that used to make Chipotle good… Then you are going to LOVE this location. This location does not deserve the Chipotle name on the sign.

One time the employee even said “good luck” as they handed me my food, almost as if they knew it was going to be bad. I’m going to just go across town to the other location.

Sarah, the manager, is always super friendly, and I can tell everyone both likes and respects her. Sarah is awesome. I have nothing but positive things to say about this Chipotle. 10/10 recommend

I will only eat dine in from now on so I can return it if they try and serve me this garbage in person.
