  Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option. the definition of insanity is doing the same thing hoping for a different result. after about the 300th let down i am leaving a review. I have never in my life seen a place that can consistently day in and day out not accept cash , make a slush, sell a coke, sell products with. water in them have enough cups. Just when I think I have seen it all I go back and hear some new excuse. The real icing on the cake is that 2 employees are unable to communicate in simple English. It's like watching a musical when you order or try to pick up in the drive through. One lady over the microphone is so rude I pray for her on sundays. None the less I am guilty of financing this terrible service. I am out. This space should be converted to anything else but a sonic. A public restroom would do the community better.

  If I could leave zero stars, I definitely would give them the order they bring half the order you tell them again they still bring half the order then they come back out to yo more money by the time you walk off you’re paying $36 for two burgers and a two cokes and a french fry. Wow if you want to sit in and wait and wait and wait and not get what you ordered. This is the sonic for you

  I went to order lunch. When I didn't have an item in my bag when I brought it to their attention they argued and said they put it in the bag which they definitely did not.

  The Trinity community when it comes to fast food doesn't have much variety, but this is most definitely one of the better options in town.
