  Intercom worker asked was this a person named Kat. The worker proceeds to yell through the intercom and be very rude. I will be speaking with a manager tomorrow.

  Horrible experience overall. We pulled into the drive through and as we were looking at the menu someone came out yelling for us to order at the window. We pulled up and literally had to yell the order out because they couldn’t hear. We got charged for extras like cheese and didn’t get it. The mozzarella didn’t have sauce, and the drinks we ordered weren’t marked. We asked them which one the diet was because my son has diabetes and they made us sit for a few more minutes before fixing the drinks. The manager or whoever the older lady at the window was kept texting on her phone instead of paying attention to what was going on. We didn’t even notice the modifications we paid for weren’t included in the meals until we got home. Very poorly ran. I’ve had issues here so many times before but this was the last straw.

  The kids are obsessed with the slushes after school pickup, I'm always good with my americano (or a latte if I'm treating myself), and yesterday we grabbed mozzarella sticks on a whim — hot, crispy, and so gooey. Total win. Highly recommend.

  Drinks were okay. But what was not okay was the amount of time I had to wait to get them. I understand some customers order more than others but if you see that there food isn’t ready come out and bring the two drinks out to the next car while there food is ready. What we could see was an employee on her phone. Maybe that’s why service was slow. Definitely won’t be back.

  I paid extra for whip cream and didnt get it, I ordered cookie dough with extra cookie dough. My cookie dough was floating in liquid cream. I ordered my mother a heath blast and got Oreo. My drink was empty and leaked down my drive way from a puncture whole. Do not order from this location. This is the third time I have had this happen with them and will be picking a different location from now on.
