  The first time I came with a friend they charged her wrongfully and when she mentioned it to the worker she was given attitude. I just came by with the same friend hoping we’d receive better service, we ordered oreo cheesecake shakes but they were mistaken for strawberry cheesecake shakes. When I was handed the item I didn’t see anything unusual, my friend tasted the shake and realized it was strawberry. We went back to correct our order and the worker greeted me with attitude, I said thank you and apologized for the confusion and was still given attitude. From a customer service provider, these teenage girls need to learn better customer service and manners.

  Team has been messing up my orders for the past few times I have came, one didn’t give my cash back and the other time I order one thing got another thing and when I went back they gave me attitude. Horrible service, please do better.

  My girlfriend and I swing by to get a coney cheese dog and ocean water to share. It was good as any other Sonic, but the girl that served us our food did not have a good attitude. They need to train their team members on better hospitality.

  Order was wrong TWICE! Link on receipt to contact is “404” not found, survey went unanswered and take a look at the order of mozzarella sticks! All 8 were this way! Unreal

  By far the worst sonic I’ve been to. The food here is ALWAYS overly salty. I can handle salt but this here is just an insane amount of salt on the food it’s just ridiculous and unpleasant. Ordered an all American dog. The bread was super hard. Then they messed up a simple slush on two different occasions. They gave me the wrong drink one time then I had to wait a long time just to get the drink corrected. Then another time asked for easy syrup on my slush the lady handed me a dark blue slush filled with syrup. Had grace and faith far too many times with this location lol I just won’t be back to this location.
