The initial delivery contained medium chili cheese tater tots instead of the large chili cheese fries I had requested, a discrepancy that was immediately apparent. When I pointed out that I had ordered fries, not tots, the employee acknowledged the error. She then took the medium tots and transferred them into a larger container, adding a few more tots and chili cheese before returning them to my vehicle. Subsequently, I inquired about the missing syrup for my two orders of French toast sticks. She then provided two packets of syrup, which is insufficient for two separate orders. Furthermore, the banana milkshake was excessively diluted, resembling banana milk rather than a shake. I urge Sonic to address these issues promptly.
