  I ordered a pretzel through the app. The app now requires you to select a sauce (it used to default to cheese). I didn't realize this until I received my order so I asked for them to add cheese. They wanted to charge me for it. I showed them how in the app you can select a pretzel with cheese, then a pretzel without cheese and they're the SAME PRICE! There is no extra charge. $2.29 either way. The employee continued to rudely argue with me and finally gave me the cheese which the app absolutely does NOT charge you for. Will never return to this location. See attached screenshot I showed him that he was clearly wrong and he just kept arguing.

  I ordered a cranberry limeade at the parking stall. About 5-10 minutes go by. The server came out and asked if I had ordered a ‘creamade’? I have no idea what that even is. But I corrected her and said no, i would like a cranberry limeade. Again we wait for about 5 minutes and she hands me my drink and we drive away, because at this point we’re running late. I found out what “creamade” is, I think? And it’s not good :(( Very sad experience for me- lol. On the upside, I found a copycat recipe of their cranberry limeade and I’ve been having them every day since 🤩

  The store needs to invest in itself and hire more people for faster service and they would get a lot more business
