  5 stars across the board. This Rudy's had never disappointed once. The self serve bar is always full and fresh. The bathrooms are always clean and there is always a place to sit. Watch them cut, slice and chop your fresh, hot meat selections right in front of you. I'd definitely recommend their Green Chile Stew, Fully Loaded Baked Potatoes and Cream Corn!! Every staff member will greet you with a smile and a hello.

  I came in for Mother’s Day, but the experience was very disappointing. The staff was very rude, the food wasn’t good, and the customer service was terrible. Honestly, nothing about the visit was enjoyable. I should’ve listened to my wife and just gone to Spring Creek Barbeque or Texas Roadhouse instead.

  This place is always a stop for me. The bbq is really good, and it's made just right. I love the way they decorate the restaurant.

  We used to eat here frequently, but it has been a few years. We always felt the food was average, but the price was fair, so Rudy’s remained a part of our rotation. Decided to give it a try again. The food is the same, very average. Nothing special and nothing objectionable. At least they are consistent. The price on the other hand, now matches or even exceeds, some BBQ restaurants, that I would call well above average. One particularly frustrating issue is, why do you restrict the BBQ sauce bottles to the point, it is a literal workout to get any quantity of sauce out of them? Customer service was fine and I like the atmosphere. We will not likely return when there are much better options, for equal or maybe even slightly lower costs.
