I ended up getting an all day pass thinking it was for unlimited game cards (I know I’m dumb) but it was not. I then purchased game cards and the operations manager London Dabney was kind enough to understand my mistake and was very quick to assist getting it’s resolved! Thank you for a great first experience!

I ordered food and drinks and waited over an hour—not during a rush, not with any explanation, just… nothing. When something finally showed up, it wasn’t even my order. Not close. When I pointed it out, the server insisted it was what I ordered. It wasn’t. At that point, I had to ask for a manager just to be taken seriously. The manager comes over, checks their system, and—surprise—finds my actual order sitting there, proving they were wrong the entire time. So after wasting over an hour of my time, I ask for a refund on my $50+ order. They process it, but then have the nerve to make me sign the receipt like I did something wrong. And the best part? When I asked for a simple apology for their mistake, the manager flat-out said “NO.” No accountability. No customer service. No respect. This isn’t just bad service—it’s a complete lack of professionalism. Plenty of places offer bowling, arcade games, and food. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually values its customers, because this place clearly doesn’t.

We did go to get a drink at the bar and waited 10 minutes just for someone to come out and take our order. The operations manager even came out and didn’t even acknowledge us. You all need to do better when it comes to customer service
