- ABAngela Bredemeier4 days ago3.0Took my niece and nephews there when we were in town babysitting them. Bowling was good and food was okay. Service was hit or miss. We had to find someone and ask if we had a server and this was after we paid to be in the VIP bowling lanes. Place wasn5 fully packed. We ordered and it came out in decent timing but we order boneless honeybbq wings and got buffalo sauce (they make their buffalo sauce with vinegar... yuck) when we brought it to the waitress attention she got somewhat defensive and made it a point to show us she put in the correct sauce. Once it was established that the kitchen messed up; no real apology was given and absolutely nothing was done about it... plus when they brought out three icee's we paid for one had a hole in cup and her lif wasnt fully on so roght off bar a huge mess was made and iwent out to ask for napkins and to let them know about the mess but they basically told me I had to clean it up (great treatment for people who paid to be in VIP room). We paid for VIP because if we didnt then it would have been an hour wait even though it looked like they had several open lanes.

She’s friendly, attentive, and makes an effort to acknowledge and take care of everyone who comes in, whether she knows them personally or not. She makes customers feel welcome and actually seems interested in providing good service. Unfortunately, I can’t say I’ve had the same experience with some of the other bartenders. At times, it feels like certain customers receive much more attention simply because the bartender knows them, while other people are left waiting or seem to be overlooked. That can make the atmosphere feel unwelcoming, especially for people who are new or aren't regulars. I can’t speak to anyone’s intentions, but management may want to pay attention to whether everyone is being treated consistently and respectfully. Tiffaney definitely seems to understand what good customer service should look like.

Sat at the bar Saturday and ended up having one of the best nights I've had out in a while — thanks entirely to Aliah behind the bar and Micaela, the manager. Both of them were genuinely engaged with everyone at the bar, not just going through the motions. They made a solo visit feel like I'd shown up with friends. The chicken Caesar flatbread was solid, but the real move was listening when they both insisted I couldn't leave without the funnel cake fries. They were right. Order them.
- KEKira ElbeyliSep 17, 20261.0Came on a Thursday afternoon to use our Kids Bowl Free coupons. Had to wait at the front door for over 10 minutes (another family was also frustrated and waiting). I had to go call the store to get someone to come to the front and help us. They told us to go wait by the bowling area- waited a couple min for them to help us, then over to the shoe area where we waited a few more minutes for someone to come help us. We got hungry and ai went to order food- again, no staff to be found. Finally I saw someone working at the bar and was able to order food. Overall, clean and fun environment but you have to wait to find ANYONE working. Very frustrating as a single mom to have to leave my kids and hunt around for anyone to help us. I will say when we could actually find someone, all the workers were very friendly.
