I love this H-E-B however they have got to change out their grocery carts. Every single grocery cart in the store, veers to the left and it is strenuous and exhausting to push these through the grocery store when you have large amounts of groceries. This issue has gone on for the past five months. Please spend the extra money and replace all your grocery carts!!!

Changed and terrible. Inventory is almost only HEB brand now which is limited and monopolizing. Store set up is now crowded with too many isles. I now have to drive to Kroger and other HEBs for a more well rounded selection. Please change management as this new "vision" is unappealing, cheap and feels like a Walmart

I had a very frustrating experience at HEB tonight with the customer service. I had a cart of items and there were only two non express lines with checkers open. One had an issue with a checkout and both lines were long. I waited 20 minutes before I gave up to look for another line but it was equally long. I took my items to self check out where three open self checkouts were open with no customers. The girl there would not let me go in because I had too many items (about 20 and the limit was 10). She said I had to wait in line. When I explained I waited for 20 minutes and the lines were not moving and if she wouldn’t let me go there she then she should ask her manager to open another line. She said she understood but it was because the higher ups did not assign enough staff, her manager was already on one of the check out lines, and there were other customers that might want to use the self checkout. She offered to take a couple items through self checkout out for me but said that’s all she could do and I would have to go through another line with the rest. I told her I won’t be coming back. I’m very frustrated with the customer service. I like HEB items but unless there are enough lines open (and get better customer service) I won’t go back. I didn’t speak with the manager as I didn’t want to interrupt other customers checking out through the line. In my opinion, if you don’t have enough lines open and you have self checkout available, you should let your customers use it. What was offered was not a solution to the problem.

Bad quality service. We went to pick up money sent by western union and the employees looked at each other like with signs and told me to go to another place because they did not have 2,200 dls to pay.
