- DDdewer17125 days ago1.0Went this morning, I didn’t find the product I was looking for on the shelves, as I was walking to the back of the store I noticed they had it in the back, I asked manager if he could get it for me, rudely his answer was “dude I’m too busy, come back after 4th of July”.

It was at the register in front of the restroom the girl working there around 11:30 a.m. this morning was one of the sweetest girls I’ve ever experienced as someone that I paid for food in front of, she was funny and had a nice pretty smile on her face. It felt amazing because I’m about to have my child and she made me feel better and she was my age.

I purchased five bags of potting soil, and Abdullah kindly helped load them into my truck. He did it with a smile, a positive attitude, and without hesitation. Small acts of kindness like this make a big difference, especially on a hot Texas day. It’s always refreshing to meet employees who are friendly, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile to help customers. Thank you, Abdullah, for your excellent service and professionalism. H-E-B is fortunate to have team members like you! Highly recommend this store!
- JBJR BJun 3, 20262.0Have asked I dont know how many cust. Svc and cashiers to please clean off their chocolate milk gallon jug. I dont understand who could possibly think this is ok to sell to the public. I can't be the only person that has ever asked, am I? HEB chocolate milk is really one of the best I've ever tasted! However, 9 out of 10 times you buy it the jugs are disgusting with chocolate milk spilled all over the whole jug or 1/2 of it and I seriously cannot fathom how a sales individual can think this is ok to sell a product covered in the product. I mean you just sell enough so that you think it doesnt matter if your customers get chocolate milk all over them, their basket, other items in basket and finally we have to put it in the car. I would think at least HEB pride we hear so much about would not allow this to keep happening. Is the supervisor not looking or not caring. After asking about it over 10 times now I would think at least 1 supervisor or cashier(that sees it every time they check it out) would try to fix this issue. Please, I'm begging you, clean the nasty milk off the chocolate milk gallons before you put them on the shelf to sell to the public. For our health and for your reputation for caring about your customers. I have pictures but dont see a place to add them. Thank you soooo much!! If I see it being cleaned moving forward will be happy to change my review;)
