I have recently seen the controversy over the coconuts being rotten and started investigating further and not only were the coconuts bad they had A bacteria that was causing us to get sick. Be aware they don’t care that they get you sick or that you waste your money. The produce manager will not let you speak to anyone above him. 🥲

I had a lot of dairy products that had to go straight to the trash because of how hot my items were. And the return process is a nightmare, and I have to wait 48 hours for someone to tell me something.

Purchased a cake at the bakery, first off the associate had no customer service. In addition to that the cake tasted horrible. This was labeled as Vanilla, but did not taste like Vanilla.... never had an issue when purchasing from champions forest location. Lesson learned.

I’ve bought everyone off the shelf for the past month 8 to 16 at a time between 3 to 5 dollars apiece & every single one is like this. I’ve taken pictures however I will save my receipts from now on

It’s always dirty, the produce is usually awful, and the customer service is just as bad. The managers are rude, and you can tell the culture in this store isn’t great. The attitude definitely seems to trickle down from management to the rest of the employees.
