When I checked out the cashier was so busy talking with the bagger that she couldn’t even look at me and say anything. When I said thank you, neither the bagger or cashier looked at me or said a word.

- TWTina WillSep 13, 20261.0I will NEVER shop at this HEB again. I am so tired of constantly being treated like a criminal when I shop there. Employees have literally stood behind me and watched me when using the self-checkout. They don’t believe me when I tell them a product scanned at the incorrect price even when the price difference is less than $1. They insist that I go take a picture of the price. Now they don’t believe the pictures! During my last visit I took a picture of an item that did not scan at the correct price. I showed the picture to MELISSA at the self-checkout where she was bagging the groceries for the customers. MELISSA looked at the photo for a long period of time. I asked her why was she scrutinizing the picture like that when the price difference was LESS THAN 50 CENTS. I was livid at the way I am always treated at this store. Later I saw MELISSA talking to another employee who looked like a manager. They were both watching and laughing at lot at me when I was explaining what happened to a different manager. That proved to me management at the Tomball location condone that type of treatment and it is done INTENTIONALLY. Complaining to the corporate office was a waste of time. I emailed corporate a list of multiple incidents that occurred at the Tomball location. Their lack of response to my email clearly indicates corporate condone this type of treatment of some of their customers.

I have recently seen the controversy over the coconuts being rotten and started investigating further and not only were the coconuts bad they had A bacteria that was causing us to get sick. Be aware they don’t care that they get you sick or that you waste your money. The produce manager will not let you speak to anyone above him. 🥲
