- MRMikahlia RedwineJul 2, 20261.0As much as I enjoy coming to Dutch bros to get a pick-me-up during my days out, today I was disgusted, I went to dutch bros and walked up to the window to order my drink and I see who I assume is the shift lead getting upset with one of the employees. While I didnt think much of it at first, it became very apparent that what the shift lead was demanding, the employee was not physically able to do at that time. I heard to employee politely and calmly say "I am not physically able to do that right now, is there anything else I can cover?". Personally, I thought up to this point, the employee was handling the situation well. However, the shift lead continued to demand and essentially tell the employee that she was just making excuses. As much as the whole situation was none of my business, it was loud and obvious enough for a customer to see. Its not appropriate behavior and if it hasn't already been brought up to management, then it should. The drinks aren't the only form of enjoyment that one gets from dutch, it should also come from the attitude of the workers. Very disappointed, and I hope it gets addressed properly.

I asked to make sure they were making my order and the staff rolled their eyes at me and basically said “of course we are”. But on the contrary, it was very good a caramel macchiato and it was really clean. Might be coming back, I don’t know yet.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
