- NNNicholas NguyenMay 13, 20261.0Made a mobile order at 8:24 and 8:25 pm. Came in at 8:30 pm. Worker said the kitchen was “closed” for the hash browns and they ran out of the fruit punch donut I ordered. When I asked for a refund, she said I I’d have to come back in the morning for a manager. It was clear she was incompetent, never trained, or just lazy. First and last time at this location. What a joke.
- SSS SMay 2, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Baskin-Robbins location. I placed an online order for a 4:15 PM pickup and still had to wait over 20 minutes in-store. Several items were either made incorrectly or forgotten, and substitutions were poorly handled without much clarity or care. The presentation was messy, with lids not even closing properly, making some items unusable. What was most frustrating was the lack of support from the manager, who appeared disengaged and did not step in to help during the rush. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, especially when ordering for a group of children. I hope they improve both service efficiency and attention to detail. Look at one Sundae presentation where the lid wouldn’t close and the other Sundae presentation in a pint bucket. I had to take this picture in the car before I started driving back home. What a waste of hard earned money.

- JJJoe JonesApr 18, 20261.0Pay attention to all the low reviews. Avoid!!! Their milk shakes are colored milk. They do this to quickly make the shake using little ice cream. Complete rip off!!!!! Line employees dont have authority to give refunds allegedly. Avoid this place.
