  The service was absolutely horrible. Everyone was just standing around talking, even seen my husband standing there. My husband had to ask them if they were working just to get someone to come take his order while they all just kept talking. Will never go back. Horrible service.

  If you place a curbside order you can’t change/cancel it on the app nor can you do it in person. The guy at the drive through window said it “goes to corporate” and I would have to contact them. What a joke of a company that they can’t do something as easy as removing an item from an order. And good luck talking to a real person on the phone. This will be my last time as a returning customer.

  Aaron was so amazing. He treated us so well even though we came close to closing time and you can tell he is doing his best. Very grateful for workers like him!

  I come to this location frequently and the closing staff has been rude on multiple occasions. They try to “pre-close” way to early resulting in running out of ingredients, then get an attitude with the customers for asking for it. The fact that this has happened multiple times suggests that there may need to be new management, trainers and process to closing. This location is the most disappointing chipotle franchise in the area. I highly recommend avoiding this location.
