  I cannot explain how rude people work here! Extremely unprofessional and rude to customers! And this is not first time, this location is the closest to our place, that’s why we are coming here but from now on I won’t mind driving further to Freebirds. Let me mention that was 7:30 pm and they were out of large chips and out of sofritas already!! Never coming back.

  I give this place absolutely ZERO STARS I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I slipped and fell in a puddle of water at the drink station. There was no wet floor sign or warning posted in the area. I injured my knee when I fell. Two employees, including Alex and another young woman, saw me on the floor. Thankfully, another customer who was behind me helped me get up. Another lady came cleaned the water up before I get a picture but What was most upsetting was that none of the employees came over to check on me or ask if I was okay. The manager, Alex Jung, eventually gave me a card, but he never asked if I was okay or offered any assistance. I later returned to the restaurant specifically to file an incident report. I was told that Alex was on break, so I waited until approximately 2:00 PM for him to return. He never came to speak with me. Victoria eventually assisted me and provided me with the customer relations number. I had already contacted the 1-800 customer service number before returning to the restaurant. Victoria also told me that they do not do paper incident reports. As I was leaving and getting into my vehicle, Alex finally came out of the bathroom. The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. A customer fell in the restaurant, was injured, and was not even properly checked on by the employees or manager. I hope Chipotle takes this situation seriously and addresses both the safety issue and how incidents like this are handled.

  Just got a chicken bowl, with white rice & black beans and corn. The chicken was spicy not pleasant.

  Went in to get my regular order of a chicken 3 pointer with only white rice. They refused to ring it up as a 3 pointer and tried to charge me for the bowl. They wouldn’t budge even when I explained what I always ordered, so ended up leaving because I’m not paying 3 dollars extra for my meal I get almost daily. Manager didn’t understand what a 3 pointer was either and didn’t want to.

  Chipotles food is always consistent. No complaints there. The employees at this location however, yikes. One special older Hispanic lady who somehow is always rolling the burritos when we go is apparently never in a good mood. We figured the first time, maybe she’s having a bad day? Nope, everyday is a bad day. She’s super short with you while you select your preferred ingredients and then she wraps it up like you would a “pinwheel” just before you cut it. Zero care if the tortilla rips. Which it usually does. We gave her the benefit of the doubt for a while. Maybe she’ll recognize us eventually and ease up and be kind. Nope. If you hate your job so much, find a new one. We always get take out when we visit because the tables are NEVER cleaned. That’s right, all of them are usually dirty. A lot. Don’t get me started on their windows. Absolutely filthy. Fingerprints, food, etc.
