    I came here for breakfast after a 14-hour shift, hoping to grab a quick and easy meal. I ordered four breakfast sandwiches in the drive-thru. When I got to the window, I was asked to pull forward and wait for my food, which was perfectly fine. When I received my order, I noticed that I was missing one sandwich and that my muffin was badly burnt. I went inside to have the issue corrected and was asked to wait again. The employee apologized, replaced the missing sandwich, and provided a new muffin. Unfortunately, when I got back to my car, I discovered that the replacement muffin was still burnt and my biscuit was hard and overcooked. At that point, I was too exhausted to turn around and go back inside. After a long shift, I expected a simple breakfast order to be handled correctly. Mistakes happen, but serving burnt and overcooked food twice is disappointing. If an item is burnt or does not meet quality standards, it should be discarded rather than served to customers. Quality products should take priority over profit. I hope management reviews its food quality standards and preparation practices to prevent this in the future.

    Just picked up my order curbside and the lady that brought it out pronounced my name correctly. I'm not going to be upset if it's mispronounced because I know it's different but that made my day. Please let her know I love her for that and I hope her pillow is always cool. 10/10 <3

    Super fast service, always great food and order correct. However, the location is a pain. During lunch time it’s a NIGHTMARE to get to the line. Logistically, it gets messy only because of how long the line gets.

    I came the other day through the drive thru, and even though is was hot and humid, the two girls on drive thru seemed to be very peppy and friendly, and made sure my order was accurate. Tessa took my order, and she was one of the most polite young ladies I have ever encountered at this location.

    Very disappointed with my experience at this Chick-fil-A location. I found sharp transparent fragments in my salad that caused tooth pain while eating. I documented everything and returned to the restaurant at their request with the food and fragments for inspection. What was most disappointing was the response. Rather than showing concern, I felt my complaint was dismissed. The manager stated that it couldn’t be glass because they don’t use glass, despite the fact that I had brought the fragments back with me. I also felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was not valued as a customer. The only resolution offered was a refund for the salad after I spent additional time and gas returning to the store. I also discovered that I had received the wrong salad in the first place. My main concern is food safety. I hope this incident is properly investigated so that no other customer has a similar experience.
