- AAAnnJul 16, 20262.0This morning was my first visit to Bojangles. Since I used the drive-thru, I didn't have the opportunity to see the entire restaurant, but I did see enough to form my personal opinion. Unfortunately, I didn't think to get the name of the young woman working the drive-thru window. I want to begin by mentioning that presentation and cleanliness are very important to me, especially when I'm trusting a restaurant to prepare my food. When something immediately catches my attention, I tend to pause and consider whether I want to proceed. The employee assisting me appeared somewhat unclean. Because this was my first visit, I gave her the benefit of the doubt after noticing that Bojangles advertises its biscuits as being made from scratch. I assumed she may have been helping prepare the biscuits and simply had flour or ingredients on her clothing. However, when she handed me my drink, I noticed that her hands were visibly dirty. That immediately made me uncomfortable, and I poured the sweet tea out before I even left the parking lot. I also noticed that the restaurant windows were dirty and covered with smudges. Given that this was early in the morning, it seemed unlikely that they had become that dirty since opening, which made me question whether they had been properly cleaned the night before. With so many new businesses opening in the area, I hope they all maintain high standards for cleanliness and customer service so guests can order with confidence and without regret. As for the food, I ordered the biscuits and gravy. The gravy had a sour taste that made me question if one of the ingredients had spoiled. While I don't know how the gravy is prepared, the flavor was not what I expected. The biscuit was also quite hard, and the gravy wasn't sufficient to soften it. Since this was my first visit and I haven't tried other menu items, I can't fairly judge the entire restaurant or discourage others from giving it a try. However, based on my experience with the cleanliness, presentation, and the quality of my meal, I do not plan to return to this location.

Previous visit the tenders were smaller than ever. When this place first opened, large full tenders and biscuits bigger than your palm. Sad to see what little you get now for the same price.

I enjoyed on the Chicken and biscuit, but not on the fries. Chicken has a bit of a spice to it that isn't heavy. Northerners notice it. The guy taking our order was super friendly and helpful.

The drive thru, worker, proceeds to come out to my car and asks me what I ordered… she then goes inside, and I wait 5 more minutes only to receive cold food. Never again will I stop here. My third visit, and all three times, the service and food have been terrible. To make matters worse, they don’t even give receipts. My mom told me that the owner of this location is a Black woman, so I’ll do my best to support Black business owners. I ask the owner to please get staff who care about your establishment and value the work they’re putting into the community. This is very disappointing.
