  It should never take customers 20 minutes to get a coffee. Management needs to put enough employees on the floor to handle the business. Losing money from customers who will not go through the wait ever again. I surely won’t. Ridiculous. Photo is after waiting 20 minutes

  They’ve gone down hill since opening and they haven’t been open long at all. Also kind of ridiculous to have a delivery scheduled on a jackpot Pot day.

  Absolutely terrible experience. Some how an iced americano was a little out of their usual scope of work. When I went back to the window to let them know that they may have accidentally added sugar or creamer to my drink and respectfully requesting a remake (which should take all of about 30 seconds) they demanded that I go back to the end of the car line that was wrapped completely around the building. And we all know that speed isn’t their strong suit. I asked why I would have to wait in the line for another 20 minutes minimum for a remake of something that THEY were at fault for, to which they said that it’s either wait in line or we’re not helping you! lol, I’ve been a loyal 7 Brew customer since this location had opened, and just like that I now get my coffee from Honor Society just up the street! Honor Society had NO ISSUE making my extremely difficult drink of water and espresso as soon as I showed up after this incident! Save yourself the time and money, plus Honor Society has better music taste….

  Ignacio is the man! Working in the rain along with his team thru this evening rush, and absolutely killing it! Can’t wait to return for some more brew, thanks to this team for their awesome help again.
