  Do yall have someone from Taco Bell making Supreme Family boxes?? All my burgers were.....made already, "all the way" in my box. Kids were mad......some dont mustard or HATE onions. My grilled chicken had enough sauce to drown a small animal....what is this store doing????????

  So here goes. My family are HUGE fans of Whataburger. When dinner is in doubt, that’s the place we go. I ordered a double whataburger with bacon on 4/24/26. I ordered it with 2x bacon. The burger was correct EXCEPT the bacon. I paid, ate, enjoyed. On 4/26/26 I again went for a whataburger. This time I paid for the burger, but requested the bacon for free since I had previously paid for it and didn’t receive it on my burger. The employee at the register, Sam, REMEMBERED my order from the previous day and knew that it was messed up, so he granted my request. Then the manager, idk her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag, suddenly appeared and questioned both he and I. After we both explained our knowledge of the situation, she threatened his job and my integrity as a customer. She then tried to “managersplain” to me that bacon isn’t free. Seriously. I told her I paid her for it yesterday, to which she replied, “ I wasn’t here yesterday!” Are you kidding me…? I’ll be attaching both receipts, and I would hope that middle management would at least have a serious “chat” with this manager. She escalated everything when it was already handled, and by her own admission, had no knowledge of the situation. (Because she’s seldom actually in the store when on shift!) She’s the manger that was on duty on the 6pm-1am shift. I was there at @6:30. (African-American female, approx 5’10, 295lbs.) This is not the first time I’ve witnessed her being somewhere not in the restaurant, then suddenly appearing to protect the COMPANY’S money. And to top it all off…? When I went to double check my fixed order, it wasn’t even wrapped properly. I pulled it from the bag and it promptly slid into my truck floorboard. So. Paid money twice. Let down. Still hungry. I’m a pretty reasonable man (25 years in retail management) but… come on…

  If I could give a negative review I would. I specifically went for the bacon avocado burger how do you leave off the avocado and the bacon. I have tried to call the restaurant many times no one will answer the phone. Highly disappointed in paying 14 plus dollars for a sandwich and it being wrong.
