  I had a small issue with my order because my chili cheese tots were accidentally left out. I called the store, and they immediately took care of it with outstanding customer service. Not only did they replace what was missing, but they also offered more than I expected for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, and what really matters is how they're handled—and this team went above and beyond to make it right. Because of the excellent customer service I received, I'll definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience! On a side note: the food was good & they had it out quickly, although the onion rings, cheddar peppers & mozzerella sticks tasted a little differently then normal. Not sure if that has to do with the grease or a change in recipe but overall everything was great! look forward to another positive experience at this location.

  Sat at drive thru order speaker with 3 cars behind me for 6 minutes. Nobody ever answered. People were leaving left and right. Total disaster

  when I order food as a large, I don’t expect to receive a medium. Definitely not coming back anymore.
