Beware if you order delivery and want to order ahead- you must figure out how long it takes to prep, cook, and deliver the food so you can calculate their start time. I WAS TOLD THE TIME YOU CHOOSE FOR DELIVERY ONLINE IS THE TIME THEY WILL START COOKING YOUR ORDER. Funny thing is this isn't the first time this has happened to me at this location, I thought the first time they were just really busy that day. I place my order at 6:14pm and chose a delivery time of 7:30pm (when everyone is home) food wasnt delivered until almost 8pm and that was after a confirmed delivery email was sent 10 mins prior to being dropped off.....But was told by an employee that they dont start the order til the delivered time frame that the customers chooses. So wont return to this location, ill make the drive to the magnolia location

I ordered a pizza to the Pizza Hut app. The pizza arrived very quickly. We ordered a pan pizza and mozzarella sticks. When we offered the pizza we noticed at the top was crushed and all of the toppings were on the cardboard. The mozzarella sticks were delicious and we definitely order many of them again. I called the store and I spoke to person named Andrew Andrew was professional. He was kind understanding and said he would make my Pizza over again. I would definitely order from this Pizza Hut again the service is amazing. Thank you, Andrew for going above and beyond. You are a gem to this company.
