  1 Star – Extremely Frustrating Experience If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Pizza Hut was beyond frustrating. I placed an order, and after 45 minutes with no status update, I called customer service just to get a simple update. That turned into over an hour of being transferred from person to person—“I’ll escalate this,” “I’ll transfer you to the store,” “I’ll get a manager”—only to sit on hold for 15–20 minutes each time with no resolution. I eventually canceled that order and placed a second one, hoping it was just a glitch. Same result. Another hour wasted. Another cancellation. The store never answers their phone. “Escalations” lead nowhere. There is no manager available, despite what customer service says. At this point, ordering from them feels like a gamble—you might get your food, you might not. But if anything goes wrong, don’t expect customer service to help, because they simply can’t.
