  I expected so much more from Morton’s on the Waterway, especially for the prices and reputation. The experience started the moment we walked in. The manager at the front seemed far more interested in her phone than acknowledging or welcoming guests. It immediately set the tone for what ended up being a very disappointing evening. The biggest issue came when it was time to pay. We were shocked to find out they do not accept Apple Pay. While that’s their policy, the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. Instead of showing any understanding or working with us while we went back to our hotel to retrieve another form of payment, the situation escalated unnecessarily and law enforcement was called. What should have been a simple payment issue turned into an embarrassing and stressful ordeal. A fine dining restaurant should know how to treat guests with professionalism, discretion, and basic customer service. Instead, we were met with poor communication, zero empathy, and an incredibly heavy-handed response to an honest payment issue. There are too many great steakhouses in the area to spend your money somewhere that treats paying customers this way. We won’t be returning.

  Had lunch at Morton's with a friend on Sunday before a concert and was worried because we were dressed to casual with our shorts but the minute we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile and very welcomed in and our waiter Carlos was awesome!! Great waiter and best personality! Couldn't have been a better experience!!

  i dinned here recently and all i can say is 10/10 the food and the atmosphere were amazing! john was our server and he went above and beyond. it was my husband and I anniversary and we got the fourth of July special with a bottle of wine. the night was magical from there on and i would definitely recommend coming here!

  An Absolute must stop for anyone looking for great drinks and wonderful atmosphere. I cannot recommend enough sitting at the bar and having Sydney craft amazing cocktails while making you feel like a friend spending time together, not just dinning out. Sydney makes the whole experience worth while!

  We visited Morton’s Grill on Father’s Day, so we expected it to be busy. The lobster ravioli was delicious and definitely the highlight of the meal. The grilled asparagus, however, had no seasoning and was pretty bland. The staff handled it well by removing it from our bill, which we appreciated. The portion sizes were decent, but the service was slower than expected. While it was a busy holiday, we noticed several tables around us receiving much faster service. Overall, the food was good, but the inconsistent service kept the experience from being as enjoyable as it could have been.
