  I love fine dining and don't get me wrong the food was delicious but I would LOVE to see what I am eating. The place is so dark everyone was using the phone flashlight to look at the menu. Turn the freaking lights up. It's not a night club.

  I am big on service and when I say this location was amazing; I cannot say I appreciate this team enough! From the time I walked in with my colleague up until we left...it was great genuine vibes! Jacob was top notch and intentional about everything and Alison was so wonderful inside and out! Thank you for all you do! Oh and I would be remissed if I did not mention the singer at the O bar! Simply extraordinary!

  This was my first time coming to this restaurant and all I can say is Rosie was The most helpful and generous server I’ve ever met. She was a delight the whole evening and would definitely recommend her again. Food was great and dessert was even better.

  I came off a tough work week and was greeted by the infectious smile of Rosie. Every step of the way Rosie was there, enthusiastic, and attentive. I don’t often get blown away with service but Rosie is on the Mount Rushmore of Customer Service. She is the sole reason for making me come back to this location and I will ask for her specifically. If you don’t ask for Rosie you’re doing it wrong.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (6/5 Stars) We just finished dinner at Mastro’s Steakhouse, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Kenny provided truly world-class service from start to finish. He was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about every aspect of the menu, and made us feel like valued guests throughout the entire evening. His timing, professionalism, and genuine hospitality elevated what was already an outstanding meal into a memorable experience. The food, atmosphere, and overall execution were fantastic, but Kenny was the difference-maker. He anticipated needs before we had to ask and made the evening feel special for everyone at the table. If you’re dining at Mastro’s, ask for Kenny. He delivered the kind of service that has become increasingly rare and deserves recognition. Thank you for an unforgettable night. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If Google allowed 6 stars, Kenny would have earned them.
