  We have eaten at this resturant before and enjoyed the food and service. This time we visited on Mother's day weekend. Big Mistake! We had a reservation but waited almost 30 minutes for our table. The head hostess eventually did ensure us that a table would be ready soon but it was after I said something. They tried to offer us a high top table at the bar or outside (it was very humid outside). This was unacceptable as my parents are elderly and both options would not work. I made a reservation so we wouldn't have an issue getting a table! We were finally seated..things seemed fine until our dinners failed to arrive. We waited close to an hour for our food. Tables around us who had arrived after us were getting their food! We had to chase down our waiter for help. Finally our food arrived. The food was fine but for the price was blah. Our fish was dried out and the steak was not cooked as ordered. We did not order dessert but did get fancy coffees. They did comp the coffees. Do not recommend visiting this resturant during a holiday..they are not prepared.

  Never have I been more impressed by a waitress before. I eat out quite often and have a tendency to write negative reviews and forget about taking to time to write the positive ones. Amber did an amazing job taking care of me today, so well that it had to take the time to finally write a positive review. There was no way that I could let her go unrecognized for her skills in the food industry

  While I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere since it was loud, the food and Amber our waitress were worth 10 star reviews. I am often overwhelmed when it comes to ordering seafood because its all so yummy. Amber suggested the coconut shrimp and I live shrimp so we went with it. Boy it did not disappoint it was almost as good as her service. Drinks on full thru out the whole experience and food came fast and hot. You can tell Amber has been in service a long time because her attention to details is spot on. Will be back and will be requesting to have Amber as I ur server again.

  So after having a tough day at work I decided to visited this restaurant for the first time, and Steffany truly made the experience exceptional. Her attentiveness stood out from the moment I was seated, and she consistently checked in without ever feeling intrusive. She carries a genuine warmth and great hearted approach to customer service that's rare to find. Every detail, from her professionalism to her positive attitude, elevated my visit. Steffany is the kind of employee who not only represents the restaurant well but also shows clear potential for greater responsibility. I sincerely hope the management team recognizes her talent and considers her for future opportunities. I won’t forget this memory and I promise I’ll be back

  This is sad. I go to Laundry's in the Woodlands a lot. I was planning on Cheesecake Factory, but it was prom night and every place was packed with a wait. Not Laundry's. I can't put my finger on it but for some reason, this location is always below par. I guess it's personnel, Management. Anyhow I ordered a cocktail since it was this beautiful weather out and we were on the patio. The vibe was there. About 30 minutes later I realized we were just sitting there. My hubby had his tea, and water, but no cocktail. He offered to walk to the bar to get it. Once the manager saw him, it immediate finally showed up. Ok, so we ordered a shared 14oz Ribeye, comes w a potato and i ordered a salad. While he took our order he offered garlic bread. So after a wait, I asked about our Salad. A few minutes later our steak came. It was loaded with grissel and fat. I love the marbling of a rib eye, but this was straight up grissel and fat. The potato was there but still no salad??? Or garlic bread. He shows up with the steak and said the steak came up and I didn't want it to get cold waiting for your salad. Wait, What? Later he shows up with the garlic bread. The bar manager came by table to table checking on everyone. I finally broke. I told her everything. She said as we were talking that that steak looks like a sirloin, not a 14 oz Rib eye. Natalie, the bar manager took control of the table, got us another steak. I did leave the waiter 10.00 but i wrote a note on the receipt. It said Drink, Garlic Bread, Salad, Entree. Told Natalie he must need more training.
